Code of Ethics

Designations

• To earn a designation, a REALTOR® a real estate agent has taken coursework and demonstrated specific skills, performance and knowledge in a particular area of the real estate industry
• MY DESIGNATIONS:
• ABR: Accredited Buyer's Representative. This designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation.
• GREEN: National Association of Realtors GREEN designation & the RE/MAX GREEN specialization. This symbolizes specialized training on what it means to be green, how to go green and more.
• CDPE: Certified Distressed Property Expert. A real estate agent who has the CDPE designation has extensive training to understand the options, the solutions, and the effective methods for dealing with homeowners facing foreclosure.
